12-Week Curriculum Overview

Weeks 1 – 2: Foundations

Deep dive into each speaker’s background, passions, body of work, and objectives, leading to a unique positioning statement that’s optimized for market success and scalability. In addition, we’ll solidify an expertise development plan for each speaker.

Weeks 7 – 8: Keynote Development

Focus on crafting a compelling intro and ending, establishing a compelling keynote structure, embracing multi-modal construction, and content development.

Weeks 3 – 4: Topics + Content

Refining the positioning into compelling speaking topics designed to maximize attractiveness to buyers and bureaus.

Weeks 9 – 10: Delivery + Stage Skills

Workshop-style practice on delivery, speaking skills, storytelling, and stage mechanics.

Week 5 – 6: Brand Sales & Marketing

Completion of the brand blueprint, high-level visual design concepts, preliminary marketing budget and go-to-market strategy. Establish sales strategy.

Week 11 – 12: Putting It All Together

Finalize launch plan, inventory any missing assets, refine and practice.
